The 2020 Toyota Highlander is on its way, with a fresh all-new design that maintains the flagship SUV’s beloved identity while bringing it into the future. And soon, drivers in the Madison area will be able to get theirs at Toyota of Morristown.

The fourth-generation Highlander has a new, chiseled exterior, and it sits on the Toyota New Global Architecture, which offers even better performance, comfort, and safety than before. It’s a powerful SUV with a lot of nuance: Great technology, driving dynamics, and comfort.

Standard features, even on the base model, will include smart key entry, fog lamps, LED headlamps, an eight-way power driver’s seat, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel. Higher trims will offer hands-free power rear liftgate and premium projector headlamps. The highest trim level will receive a massive, class-leading 12.3” internal touchscreen.

The new 2020 Toyota Highlander is 2.5” longer than previous models, improving comfort without sacrificing maneuverability. And there will be two great available engine options, a gas V6 or a hybrid option. The hybrid Highlander is truly amazing, combining a powerful 240 horsepower with best-in-class 34 estimated combined miles per gallon. The hybrid will even be available with four-wheel drive for the first time.

The 2020 Toyota Highlander will also come standard with the impressive Toyota Safety Sense suite, packing smart and powerful tools like Dynamic Radar Cruise Control, Automatic High Beams, Road Sign Assist, Lane Departure Alert, and more.
